What are the delivery options?
Standard delivery for all bikes is FREE and for accessories it is £2.99. Next Day Delivery is also available if ordered before 10:30pm. This item is: Sold out.
How is my order delivered?
We use Hermes for all deliveries and all bike deliveries require a signature at the delivery address entered. Please get in touch with our customer services team who wil be happy to help with any queries.

Great bike, terrible service
I ordered a bike for my wife's 50th bday. I ordered it on Wed 17th Oct for overnight delivery, took Thur off work for delivery. It didn't arrive & I contacted you CustServices who gave an audible shrug saying "sorry for that, it's due for delivery on Fri". So I took another day off work & the basket arrived but no bike. The courier said he'd seen a bike at the depot but it needed 2 guys to deliver it the depot had shut for the day. I web chatted your team who again said it could still arrive up to 8pm that evening (Fri). Of course it didn't arrive so I called your team again on Sat morning and they once again said it was out for delivery, [wrong again] and said "sorry about that, but it'll be there today" [Sat]. Fortunately, I'd taken the delivery guys number and I called him, found out where the depot was and I went and got it [after it had been noted for return to you]. I want recompense for having to take 2 days off work & for having to spend half a day finding & getting the bike It's a shame i can't give zero stars. I ordered this bike for my wife's 50th bday. I ordered it last Wednesday for overnight delivery and took the next day off to receive it. It didn't arrive so I contacted InSnyc's Customer Services who gave an audible shrug on the phone saying "sorry for that, it's now due for delivery on Friday". So I took another day off work & the basket arrived but no bike. I contacted InSync's web chat team who again said it was still out for delivery and could still arrive up to 8pm that evening (Friday). Of course it didn't arrive so I called the Customer Services team again on Saturday morning and they once again said it was out for delivery, [wrong again] and said "sorry about that, but it'll be there today" [wrong again]. Fortunately though, I'd taken the delivery guys number (when he delivered the basket) and I called him to see if he could help. Through him I found out where the depot was and I went and got the bike straight away because the delivery guy informed me that the courier had marked it to return to InSync. In conclusion, InSync's customer service is awful, unhelpful and disinterested and after all that agro, no-one cares or takes the time to find out if the delivery arrived. They're happy to take your money but that's it, after that, you're on your own. Don't say you weren't warned

If only I could give no stars... Insync are a shambles I ordered a bike for my wife's 50th birthday. I ordered it on a Wednesday for overnight delivery. I took Thursday off work to accept the delivery and annoyingly it didn't arrive so I contacted Insync's Customer Services team who couldn't have been less interested. The person I spoke to gave an audible shrug saying "sorry for that, it's due for delivery on Friday". So I took another day off work & the basket arrived but no bike so. I web chatted the customer service team who said it was still out for delivery and could still arrive up to 8pm that evening (Friday). Of course it didn't arrive so I called the customer service team again on Sat morning and they once again said it was out for delivery, [wrong again] and said "sorry about that, but it'll be there today" [also wrong]. As it turned out, when the basket was delivered I got the delivery guy's number so I called him and he said the bike was at the warehouse and was marked to by returned to Insync because it was too big to deliver. So I found out where the depot was and I drove there and got the bike myself. Even then Insync didn't call to see if it had arrived. Their customer service is slapdash, disinterested and shoddy. It took me two and a half days to get a next day delivery and if I hadn't gone and got it myself, it would have been sent back to Insync and I wouldn't have received it at all. Beware, Insync are very happy to take your money but after that you're on your own, they don't care whether or not it arrives and they definitely don't care about you as a customer. Don't say you weren't warned...
A bike for the ladies.
My sister bought the Heather last month and they are literally inseparable. For a rider, she can be quite reckless a whole lot of time, and her reflexes work really late, so thank God that the bike has such promptly responsive brakes. The gear shift is not complex at all. Sometimes I sneak out for a session of my own, and the seat is so welcoming, spares me the body ache. We totally love it!
