Returns Policy

Returning an item is simple and can be completed in 3 easy steps.


1. Contact Us

Returns should be made within 28 days of ordering. This can be arranged by raising a return against your order from within your online account. Please be aware that you must request a returns number within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. Post Your Return

Once you have your returns number from us you have 14 days to return your items to us. Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Bikes must be unused and in the same condition as they were sent to you, in order to ensure we can fully refund you. Please also ensure you keep a receipt as proof of sending. We will be happy to help with any questions on sending your item to us. If you are returning your item due to receiving an incorrect item or there is a fault with the item, we will refund all delivery costs to you.


3. We'll Do The Rest

Once we have processed your return you will receive an email from us to confirm, and all successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Please note refunds can take 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show in your account.
