We have over 60 models to choose from for all ages and experience and our team are on hand 24/7 to help you with our live chat service. However, if you are not completely happy with bike once you have taken it for a ride you can swap it for another one - it really is simple!

  • You can return the bike to us providing it is clean and is undamaged (e.g. components must be in tact and in working order, frame must not have any cracks, the wheels must not be buckled) within 30 days of your order being placed. Our customer service team are on hand to help with any specific questions you may have to ensure we can accept the bike you will be exchanging

  • Get in touch with our customer service team to arrange the exchange. They will provide all the details you need and take you through the process

  • Please send the bike as a recorded delivery within the box it was delivered to you in and please ensure you keep your proof of postage. You will be required to cover the costs of delivery to us

  • Once we have received your bike we will check it to ensure it isn't damaged

  • We will credit your account with the value of the bike so you can purchase a new one. If the new bike you have selected is cheaper, the credit will remain on your account to use against anything else on the site including accessories and clothing. If it is more expensive, you just need to pay the difference at checkout and your new bike will be shipped to you
